Today I need to Decide if women get the same amount of money for sport. Men/women Should because getting the same amount of money is fair, not unfair.

Why do I say this? How about you keep reading to find out! I think this because men/women play the same amount of sport, why not get the same amount of money? Also men/women should get the same amount of money, because men/women play the same amount of sport!

HI BLOGGERS!!!! Today Miss Morgan came in and I have to make five new words. I did this because of the Summer Learning Journey and it is Tease week! I chose to make up five new words! Did you sign up to the Summer Learning Journey? Did you choose this activity?

Here are my words. Incoactive means that you do three things at once! You participate, you stay still and you listen! Three things at once not to shabby!! Radiobumper doesn't mean your radio has been bumped, it means that you have broke your radio without bumping it! Crusherbang means that you don't like the made up game called Crusherbang!! It also means that you are being a bit... RUDE!! 

Stinkday means that you have done nothing and you stink!!! YUMMY STINK!!! ( not to you it is but to me it is YUMMY!!)  and Oweman means that you hate paying for things, and try to get away without paying for things!!

I have been doing writing about a boar called Boar Man. He had a fly friend called Dumb. I have six chapters. I used the story starter generator. Here is a link to the story starter generator. http://www.scholastic.com/teachers/story-starters/writing-prompts/

Chapter One: About Boar Man

Once upon a time in a land far far away from a town hall and a bunch of houses was a wild boar called Boar Man. Boar Man liked to race go karts and bash down trees. Boar Man was an enemy to the town hall city. He tried to bash down the city. One day he bashed down a tree and it almost fell on a few villagers. AHHHHH! They shouted. They ran into their houses. SNORT!!!! The wild boar snorted loudly. I am not happy thought the wild boar. SNORT!!!! Snorted the wild boar. 

Chapter Two: Dumb and Boar Man

Soon the wild boar grabbed some wood and made a go kart big enough for him. He added a boar-bar, a wood basher, a big crane and a controller for the crane. First Boar Man used his basher. Before he was about to use his basher he saw a little… DON’T CALL ME LITTLE!!! Sorry small… DON’T CALL ME SMALL!!! Ok ok sorry smallish fly! “ ok i know this is going to get me in trouble by you but you are LITTLE!” “I AM AS ANGRY AS A ANGRY… what am I angry as? Oh yes I AM AS ANGRY AS A FLY!!!!!!!!” “ ok sorry for doing that you are smallish?” “ yes that is fine with me.” ok where was I? Oh yes he was a smallish fly who ate boars. “ what is your 

favorite food?” “ boars”  AHHHHH!!!!!! Shouted Boar Man. the fly chased him around everywhere. 

Chapter Three: Payback from Boar Man!

So now Boar Man is going to give Dumb the flys name some payback. Of course Boar Man was still being chased by Dumb. Then Boar Man soon roared, snorted and went crazy/sico. ROAR,BASH,CRASH,SMASH,SNORT! Boar Man gave a bash everywhere he seemed to be. That was Dumbs payback.

Chapter Four: Dumb gets surprised!

One day Dumb was in his room playing P.E.K.A. he got a surprize that he was trapped in his room! Dumb flew everywhere to find a way out. Then Dumb herd a clatter of wheels and snorts. “ Boar Man!!!!!!!!!!” Dumb shouted with happiness. But when Boar Man got Dumb out Dumb was not so happy Boar Man just bashed his bedroom wall down! “Boar Man!” shouted Dumb. 

Chapter Five: P.E.K.A comes to life! 

Then beep crack. P.E.K.A came to life! Beep beep bop. P.E.K.A died. “Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” Shouted Dumb. “ why Why WHY!” said Dumb. 

Chapter Six: A happy ending

4 weeks later…

So Boar Man and Dumb became friends forever and P.E.K.A was remembered. The end

I have been doing things about workspace this term! here is some of my work that I did today. I did a postcard to MEGA AIR!! I added a fake picture of me on the mega air picture. I made a fake photo because That was what we had to do. The postcard was kind of easy.

Dog Learning!

Today we went to learn about dogs. Chris, the handler and Baxter the Dalmatian. We learnt how to be safe around dogs, how to shield around them, how to get a dog to go home.

I picked up fake dog dropping and learnt how to do it another way. First I had to put my hand in the bag. Then I picked up the dog dropping with my hand inside the bag. Then I turned the bag inside out and tied a knot so the dog dropping could not get out. if you leave dog droppings around the Christchurch City Council will tell you to pay a fine of three hundred dollars! if you let a dog escape the Christchurch City Council will tell you to pay a fine of two hundred dollars!

We also learnt this... IF A DOGS ON ITS OWN, LEAVE IT ALONE!!!! if you don't the dog might bite you, it may bark at you, or it could really hurt you and you might need to go to the doctor, and get a big plaster, so when you got hurt the plaster will make it better. Miss Tebbett helped Chris a little bit as well!

The School Trip!

I have two videos about about the school trip. the orchestra was really cool and going to margaret mahy playground  was really fun I have videos about the orchestra and they have the harry potter video and it will be down below.

They had a star wars video but it did not work. the harry potter one did.  I liked the Star Wars song because The Star Wars song was really cool and had lots of parts. I didn't like the Frozen song. It sounded like songs I had already heard not by tape.




Then we went to Margaret Maye Playground because I played on the blue spinning thing, the big silver slide and the SUPER big blue slide. They were all really fun. Samuel from my class was chasing me but I lost him lots and then he found me again.

Guy fawkes!!

Hello everyone!

I have been doing research about Guy Fawkes. I have found out lots of things about him blowing up parliament. I like that he failed. Don't you?  He could have killed lots of people. He should  have got executed. he told his friend that don't go to parliament on the 5 november because parliament will get blown up. He/She told the king and queen about the trouble. Here are my slides with the answer to the question. Then later on ( not on the same day of when he should have got executed ) Guy Fawkes fell while scaffolding got hung, then died. He deserved it because he and others tried to blow up parliament. We really don't completely know how Guy Fawkes died by being hung. We do know that he broke his neck, so that may be how he died.

My groups Digi Awards

Hi Bloggers!

I have made a blog post about the Digi Awards. I have made a game, related to snakes and ladders, it is called Stairs and slides. I have also had some help from my friends in my group Nishka and Alex helped me make the game!!!

 I'm proud of what Nishka, Alex and I made. We had lots of fun doing it too! I wish that we could make one whole class game!!! Making one whole class game would be so much more fun!!

We needed cardboard, paint, green, yellow, blue, pink, and red. We used vivids for the eyeballs of the characters. We also needed to have lots of fun making the game!!

I wanted a whole class game, but we did not make a whole class game. We made lots of games in groups.

 I was a little sad but Angel-mey's group made the best video. Me Nishka and Alex made a advert ( with an IPad ) We made a Commercial about our video.

Digi awards are when people in groups and make something. Your group will work together to make the thing! you will get a award at the end.

HI BLOGGERS!!!!!!!! Today I am going to tell you about winter fun day. I am going to a ski place called Mount Hutt. I'm going to learn how to ski and have fun doing it! I'm really excited that I'm going to have fun and i'm really going to learn how! I have NEVER skied before. It will be so much FUN and you should have fun as well!! Have you ever skied before? Try skiing now!!!!!!! ( no digital learning object for this blog post (: ) on winter fun day i went skiing and i went up something called the Magic Carpet that automatically went up the beginners slope and i fell over 7 times when i was acillty really good at it.

The tasty food is making the birthday boy excited. The birthday boy is wearing a golden crown. Because it is the birthday boy’s birthday. The birthday boy is talking with his friends and there are six candles on the birthday cake. The birthday boy is cheerful. The boy next to the birthday boy has sunglasses.

The cake is massive. The red jelly is wobbling around. The pink double birthday cake can hold six candles on top of it. There are fairy bread sandwiches that look yummy. 

The cards may be singing cards. You could hear people cheering. You could hear people screaming. You could hear people shouting. You could hear the smoke alarm going off. You could hear the loud BEEP BEEP BEEP from the smoke alarm when it goes off. You could hear people singing happy birthday to you. You could hear people laughing at jokes. You could hear the munching and crunching of the food that people are eating. 

The light brown boxes are falling off the shelf that is leaned against the wall, the colorful books are falling off the shelf that is leaned against the wall. The boy next to the birthday boy has sunglasses. The flowers on the window sill smell nice and the window is open. The flowers may fall off the window sill if the wind picks up.

What I Did In The Holidays

Good Day Readers

I am going to write a recount about what I did in the holidays! In the holidays I went to the Lego Show on Sunday. There was Lego games that you used a controller to control your man or lady. behind the games where two little figures that you used an Ipad to control them. There were 5 little balls which were  Captain America and Iron Man's helpers, but I got caught by one of them. The black ball came over to me and speed smoothly across the ground and scanned me. I was scared that It would chase me and knock me over. But it did not. then it raced away somewhere in the maze I looked where it went, It was driving out of the maze! I was good at driving IronMan. But not very fast. So I put the speed level higher I got closer but I had to go on FULL mode. I just spazzed out of control and crashed Into some sort of sign thing to tell people there were games In Front of the sign. Ironman was ok but fell over he had a bit of a dent but still alright to move around Granddad took a video of me. and then we went home.

All About Miss Clark and why she is leaving our school!

Miss Clark is a nice student teacher at our school! TM2 are a bit sad that Miss Clark is leaving and Miss Clark is a bit sad that she has to leave us, and our school! We have made cards for her and Miss Clark has made one big card for us. I got to read the card and TM2 are now happy that they have found out our first step of our surprise!

Science

This term we have been learning about how much sugar is in our drinks. how long we should exercise how much we  should eat unhealthy foods and healthy foods. we learned about the digestive system and the respiratory system. we blew up balloons and put them up on the lino string that is hanging across our classroom.  We made a balloon chart of how much air we blew into our balloons and compared our first balloon with the second.

Here is my writing.
Hello everyone, my name is Dylan and I am going to write about three different type of dogs, a huskie, a labrador and a pug.

Huskies - Huskies live in snowy places because snow can't get in there fur, so Huskies stay warm. Even in the snow! Huskies are worked as sled dogs there are one huge thing a huskie dose in the snow. Number one huskies are used as guard in the snow, to herd reindeer and guard to protect the reindeer from other arctic animals. There wherever the huskies were defending so whatever the huskies were defending was very special to them, and the huskies did not want it to be destroyed. here is a few Huskies pulling a sled.

Labrador -  this is a labrador with its puppies, drinking from its mums tummy.  ( down below!) labradors are really cool. They have energy that lasts for at least 60 minutes. Labradors like to play tag and catch. Labradors are really tall. They are tall because labradors are mixed in with a german shepherd.


Pug’s are really playful and they are a good family pet. Pugs are short and chubby, and pugs have a scrunched up face. Pugs have a twisty tongue. Pugs have a spread out black around its mouth. Some pugs are little and some pugs are bigger than other pugs. Little pugs can old on to a log with someone holding

My gayter community

Hi everyone. This week I have been making a Gater community. Angel - Mey, Zoe, Quinn, Casey and I have been trying to find out what the Gater community looks like. My Gater community is down below. I am really looking forward to you seeing my Gater community. The Gater Community had turned off all the power in the world. T2W1 Writing Dylan B

This week we have been having free writing. I wrote about a little train, named Trainee. I wrote about this because I have a HUGE brain. I figured out a plan to write about Trainee. I used a little help from Miss Walters about Trainee's name, I came up with Train the train, but I knew it would be a little bit silly so Miss Walters helped me turn Train the train into Trainee the train!
